Pals Canine Academy Code of Conduct

The Pals Canine Academy community is wide and diverse, and we want to make sure it remains a safe space for those involved. For that reason, we've created this Code of Conduct. It will serve as a guide for all interactions on our in-person training, our website, social media, and anywhere else we can be found (with exceptions for any content that we do not control). This is a living document and may be updated at a later date.

The Guidelines

Plainly stated, these are the guidelines to which we will hold all parties.

We have a zero tolerance abuse policy.

All interactions will be civil, and discourse will be productive.

We aim to provide a harassment-free interaction for everyone, regardless of gender, gender identity and expression, age, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, ethnicity, religion (or lack thereof).

We do not tolerate harassment in any form.

Sexual language and imagery is not appropriate for any interactions within the Pals community, including both in-person and digital interactions.

Discussions not directly related to the situation at hand may be asked to move to a different format. For example: questions on how to train your cat to use a toilet would not be appropriate for a thread about training your puppy to sit.

Promotion of third party plugins, services, and products is strictly prohibited, unless specifically approved by a Pals representative in person.

Infractions

Any infraction or violation of these guidelines will result in a swift reaction.

If in a physical location, the offender will be asked to leave.

If in a digital location, the offender will be blocked or have their account deactivated.

In either case, no refunds, credits, or extensions of any kind will be issued if the member is found to be in violation of our Code of Conduct.
